Natural Pain Remedies for Heat Rash

Flaxseed oil, which can be found in most health food stores, is also a good source of essential fatty acids. You can add this to your salad or simply take a teaspoon of this healthy oil.
  • Homeopathy. Now, this is more for prevention than relief and cure. But this will help protect your skin during hot and humid weather conditions. Just take a 30 dose of Sol thrice a day everyday for three weeks. In case you still get a heat rash, take a 30C dose of Apis one the itch and prickling starts.
